CEO Blog: Way Beyond Three Screens
I really enjoyed reading this recent column in Advertising Age about how the world has gone beyond three screens (TV, PC, mobile) to six.

The online video world has changed so fast over the past few years that it seems like a blur.
Defining disruptive...
We often hear the word 'disruptive' used in and around technology discussions. The term sounds interesting and when used appropriately, it does tend to lend importance to a discussion. But what does it mean to categorize something 'disruptive'? Further, are disruptive events or technologies good, bad or indifferent to the overall landscape? The answer depends on where you sit within that landscape.

The Dilemma…
by Neal Page If you had to choose between a 27” SD set and a DVR or a 50” plasma without a DVR, which would you choose? Recently I was faced with that choice for a solid week. On the heels of another round of price drops where flat-panels dropped roughly 40% last year (I believe the prices are stabilizing for the near future) I went out and bought a 50” plasma. Until the HD DVR showed up, I was placed in the terrible position of having to decide between DVR and HD.
Is it time to buy an HD set?
by Neal Page Oh boy, I just bought a new plasma 720p 50” HD TV! I am so excited I feel like a kid. Yes, I even acted like a kid, staying up several nights into the wee hours of the morning playing car racing games in HD on my XBox360, immersed in the amazing picture and sound. This is my second HD set (the first was a rear projection supporting 1080i). If you’re at all considering an HD purchase this year, here’s a decent article about the timing of purchasing an HDTV. Check it out.
